Response to the inquiry of daily newspaper „Kurir“concerning the investigation of privatizations

The company Luka Beograd would like to thank newspaper "Kurir" for the proposal to comment on this question because we do not know whether behind the sensational interpretation of the EU initiative on the occasion of some privatization in Serbia stands ignorance or bad intent.

Privatization of Luka Beograd is performed according to the law, and there is more than one judgment in our favor. The whole subject we have already given to the representatives of the European delegation in Belgrade. On this occasion we were told that the EU does not require review or audit of Serbian privatization, neither the arresting regarding to this. They want to have distance regarding to such media interpretations.
