VISION
„City on Water" project is the first significant step in activating Belgrade's great potential which stems from its rivers. Created entirely in line with contemporary town planning principles, the project will be a significant contribution to Belgrade's tranformation into a European capital with unique and recognizable identity and will also confirm that, as an international city, it belongs to modern societies.
